Im sharing into the universe and really, Im using my blog to document my journey and hold myself accountable.
One life to live. Life is short! People will judge and talk so just do you and live your life to the best of your abilities...It's all about having a good attitude and be positive. It's a lifestyle. Until you understand that its all about mindset, its all in your head... then everything else will come...
I will be posting and documenting my journey into building our Dividend Growth Investing. I will also be talking about Life, Mental Health, Family and random thoughts.

My Mission
42 years young now, with a Net Worth of reaching close to 10 Million dollars. My goal one day is to hit 100Million in Net Worth.
My wife and I plan on living off our Income from our rental properties when we retire. We wont be selling any of our properties however, Real Estate is not so passive and is a part time job and so we want to diversify with Dividend Growth Investing.
Speaking into the Universe, and with the Law of Attraction on our side, I want to have a 1.2 Million/Year in Dividends by the time we are 65 years young so roughly 23 years from now.
This Blog will hold me accountable and I will log our journey.

I dont want to be like everybody else. Just spinning the hamster wheel with no direction in life. Just a slave to money and never attaining real Wealth.
I dont want to be Average. I am living my best life. I work 7 days a week and always hustling and saving my money. I love Investing. I love having our money work for us. Money never let's us down. They say that Money is the Root of all evil however, it's actually people and greed that are the root of all evil.
I am competing with myself. I am genuinely and sincerely happy for everyone who has made it in life because I know it wasn't easy to get there. It is the road Less traveled! When you do the hard things in life, Life becomes easy. If you take the easy road, your life will be hard later.
I have been lucky in life but to be honest, I have created my own Luck. My work ethic is hard core and I have always lead by example. There are tons of people out there who probably work even crazier hours than I do but 70 - to 80 hours a week is plenty for me. I dont complain. I dont mind. I am Accountable and Responsible for myself and my actions. No one to blame but myself. Its always my fault.

The World is Full of Abundance
Life is short. Everyday we wake up and have good health, its truely a blessing. Everyone is going through something and has their set of problems. They may look alright but sometimes, inside, maybe they are not alright. Everyone has their own struggles and demons so know that you are not alone. Most of us suffer in silence.
Each day, there is always new problems. Therefore, its not the problems itself. It really comes down to how you REACT and deal with problems. So instead of complaining or whining or just feeling not great, understand that to grow and to be mentally stronger, you have to deal with problems and just be bigger than problems. NO PROBLEM. Let's change our mindset. Let's keep an open mind. The world is beautiful. Full of abundance. The bigger person we become, the more money we can handle. So let's continue to be more positive and plant positive seeds in our minds and slowly and surely, itll blossom into GREATNESS!
